Evaluation 3: What have you learned on your audience feedback?

This is my audience feedback which I choose to do a video for as I felt would be more interactive. The clip contains four speakers with their own views on the finish documentary. Three of them are part of my target audience, young students who plan to go university and the other although not as young can relate as is someone looking from the outside on what is going on.
I asked a variety of questions as I wanted to get a wide range of answers so next time I can improve thanks to the constructive criticism I received. The positive points which I have learned from my audience feedback is the raw original footage that we obtained when we went to to the student protest. I have learned that the audience like the fact the we went out and personally filmed it as oppose to getting it from a "second hand source" as one of my speakers put it. Overall we had more of a positive response than negative making the documentary a success, people enjoying to watch it. One criticism which we had was that it was too long and did not have a "beginning, middle and an end" which I will take in account.

Newspaper Advertisement Final Draft

This is the final draft for my newspaper advertisement. The pictures which I showed in this advertisement are different things which my documentary would feature which gives the public a preview of what to come. Top left is a student on the computer applying for UCAS, it shows that student application is explored. Below is a mechanic student which represents the theme of apprenticeships in our documentary and besides that on the right is a protest sign about education. I choose to design the layout this way as I wanted to show the diversity of my documentary, as it is not focusing on just one topic. The programme which I used to create this was Adobe Photoshop which is best suited to alter and enhance images. The font which I used for the title is called "Stencil" which I feel is plain yet effective and can be easily read at a distance. The colour theme which I used was a dark making it eye catching and come to life. Underneath the main title I included a small tag line enticing the audience about the documentary. Finally as we are in an interactive age I included the documentary web address for the public to get more information.
